KGCA Community Garden:

Our wonderful garden is located at the Hall – 2828 28th St SW. Every year, we ask the community who wants to be involved. KGCA members pay a fee per plot and then enjoy the challenge of growing their own fruits, veggies and herbs.

Recently our garden has been growing even more thanks to ATB Agriculture. Their help in grants over the past 3 years has allowed us to create 4 new cedar plots on 28th Ave – meaning even more residents can get involved. Check out the working bee to create the new beds here.

If you want to know more about the garden or enquire about a plot, email our coordinator.

Vibrational Sound Therapy, also known as sound baths, utilizes a pure wave form that gently moves through the mind, body, and soul. This form of cellular sound massage, conducted with 12 Quartz Singing Bowls, helps to shift energy within individuals, addressing areas that need reinforcement or release. Through vibration and intention, participants may experience benefits such as stress reduction, enhanced well-being, pain relief, improved sleep, energy balance, and emotional release. Attendees are encouraged to bring a comfortable lying surface, such as a pillow and blanket. Payments to Kimberly are preferred in cash, though e-transfer is also accepted.
